This week, take a look at Koji Kondo, his life, influences, and the music he’s made.

Video game music wouldn’t be what it is if it wasn’t for Koji Kondo. This composer almost needs no introduction. He did all of the iconic themes in the Mario and Zelda games as well as a few other stand outs.
